Refund Policy 

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request refunds for the Customised PTE Coaching Course. By enrolling in the course, students acknowledge and agree to the policy described below.


2. General Policy

Because this is a customised, personalised training program, significant preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation occur before the course begins. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Before Course Start Date

  • Full Refund (minus administrative fee):
    If a refund request is made 7 days or more before the course start date.

  • 50% Refund:
    If a refund request is made 3–6 days before the course start date.

  • No Refund:
    If a refund request is made within 2 days of the start date.


4. After Course Commencement

a. No Refund for Delivered Sessions

No refunds will be provided once the student has attended any customised session, as materials, trainer time, and resources are already allocated and delivered.

b. Partial Refund (Only if Less than 20% of Course Completed)

A refund of 25% of the total fee may be provided if:

  • less than 20% of the course is completed, and

  • the student provides a valid reason (medical emergency, relocation, etc.) with supporting documents.

After 20% course completion, no refunds will be issued.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration or administrative fees

  • Assessment or diagnostic test fees

  • Study materials already provided

  • Discounted or promotional packages

  • Missed classes due to student absence


6. Course Deferment Instead of Refund

If a student cannot continue due to unavoidable circumstances, the institute may allow one-time course deferment for up to 3 months, subject to availability.
No additional fee will be charged, but no refund will be offered in such cases.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.


8. Institute’s Right to Cancel

If the institute cancels the course due to low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other operational reasons:

  • Students may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling to the next available batch.

10. Acceptance of Policy
